Yesterday I went on Black Ops 2 for the first time in a while, I had an update so I downloaded it, after that it wouldn't let me connect to XBL, but when i went to the dashboard it would sign me in straight away, everytime I went on a game (Cod, Fifa, GTA etc) it would disconnect me as soon as the game launches. I tweeted Xbox Support and they said I should delete my profile and re download it, but now it doesn't let me! I type in my email and password, it says "Welcome!" downloads for like 3 seconds then it says "sorry you can't download profiles at the moment" with the error code "8015190A". It's been doing this since yesterday morning! Anyone else having this problem? If so, what can i do? Thanks.

I had the same problem what I did to fix it was i cleared my system cache 3 times then went to my network go into the network at the dashboard and restore to factory defaults then downloaded my account and it worked, If you want to talk to me GT: Zombies Future
