the blue and green are ram. if it look slike this. It doesnt matter which colour, it depends on the brand which colour it will be.

i have the blue in the picture and a green one, both from same pc
When i put them in another pc, only the green one works. If i put the blue one in and turn on the computer, the screen just goes black.

green one is almost exactly the same, just another color. same size etc.

It is a ram stick.

Different colours dont matter.

Technically they do to improve performance or what not but they are both ram sticks,.

Are you sure the blue one is made for that specific mother board? There is DDR2 and DDR3, If you forced a DDR2 in say a DDR3 supported motherboard you will have issues. But lets say you're not stupid enough to do that and you get black screen regardless the Ram is dead. But it is Ram

thanks for the help, i figured it out myself
It was two ram card slots in my pc and i tried using both the green and the blue from my other pc. Since there allready was a blue one in there, I removed it and replaced it with the other blue from my other computer thats why it didnt work
Now i use the original blue in the first slot and the other blue in the second slots and now the computer works fine (8GB Ram)
with the green in the second slot, it worsk fine, but now with only 6GB

Make sure that the most powerful ram is in the 1st ram slot to maximize performance
