So I was wondering when it says "Hold a World Record to Obtain this Tattoo" Does it mean overall record? Because I hold many world records in like X map with X laps on X race type, but still the award lies locked and as does the tattoo, so I was wondering guys is there really anyway to get this tattoo atm, and if so, mind filling me in?
