does anyone know why when im playing cod ghost the screen will look kinda wierd not like its lagging but it feels wierd and looks kinda distorted sometimes then goes away then comes back idk if it has something to do with connection or what please help

It would help if you were more detailed but since you are saying it is not lag I would guess it would be a problem with your display.
Make sure your cables are plugged in correctly and if that doesn't work, I would try playing on a different TV/monitor to see if your issue goes away.
