If you install OpenSSH, you need to change your device's root password to prevent the possibility of people remotely logging into your device using the default password.- Saurik

The reason I emphasize changing your root password is so you and all your data and internal files you transfer through SSH are safe and secure.

Open Cydia and search "MobileTerminal." Make sure you download the package that is by MobileTerminal, not Fr0st or any obsolete versions, as I am unaware if they're accurate.

Open MobileTerminal, run "su root" and provide the password. The default password for every iDevice Apple makes is "alpine".

Please note that your key presses will not be displayed on the terminal screen (for security).

After you've done that, run "passwd" and type in your new password twice. This changes the root password.

(Once again know that your key presses will not be displayed).

Next, run "passwd mobile" and type in your new password twice. This changes the mobile password.

(Once again know that your key presses will not be displayed).

Now you can close out of MobileTerminal and securely SSH.

If you have any questions about this tutorial, SSH, or anything else of relativity. Feel free to ask or PM me! I'll get back to you as soon as I can!
