I'm just looking to see if anyone has an answer for this. Every time I go from either the dashboard to a game, or a game to the dashboard I get signed out. If someone can explain this to me it will be very helpful.

maybe its a network issue? try going to your memory and clearing your cache it could fix a problem

I've cleared the cache many times.. I'm not allowed to use Netflix for some reason.

is your router far away from your xbox?

I've had the same set up for about two years now.. It all of a sudden does this. I can play a game online and the moment I go to the dashboard I get signed out. It's getting really annoying at this point.

Seems like an internet issue, maybe try unplugging your router for a bit?

I had the same problem, you just have to delete your profile and re-download it
