Is the Cobra ODE (Disc drive emulator) any good running on ofw?

I was previously thinking of buying a 3key but they're all out of stock.

I've had previous experience with jtagging xbox360 consoles, I'm pretty sure i could easily dismantle a ps3 and plug an PATA/ide cable into a disc drive bay ;)
