Right I have the season pass on the xbox 360 and you know how you can upgrade it onto the xbox one I am Curious if I do upgrade will I still be able to get the DLC on the xbox 360 as well

If you bought it on the 360 then you can just re download it when you get your One

If you buy the Season pass on your 360 it will be available to you on the Xbox One.

You will basically have a season pass on both consoles but you HAVE to buy it on the 360 and NOT the Xbox One.
