An update or dlc we are going to see is the military update. This update will include: The Hydra, Apache Heli, a Stinger(heatseaking rpg) and military clothes. This isnt confirmed when its going to come out yet but it is going to. I looked through the game files and found hidden clothes, vehicles and weapons, will upload proof soon.

He "found" proof in the game files. Here is some news for you man, the upcoming DLC files are not on the disc and I highly doubt you have access to the cloud's cache. Rockstar has already mentioned a military themed update in one of their community announcements but it's just an idea they are bouncing off the community to see what kind of feedback they get.
