As the title says, I am looking for a very good off-road capable vehicle. A 4 seater would be nice.

I could dupe any of the following(all fully maxed out):

Adder
Phoenix
Feltzer
Coquette
Z-type
Obey 9f cabrio
Bullet GT
Turismo R
Entity XF

The Mesa is the best. Call mercenaries on a friend and take the jeep the come in.

I got a maxed out dune buggy with just the shell (no covering) if you want it

Yeah, I have tried that and really did not like the off-road capability.

Buy the Karin rebel and max it out or find the clean Karin rebel it's easily the best off-road car imo
