Hello.
1.)You're going to wanna press start then go to Online>Go to jobs>Host job>Rockstar created>Races and find down the drain
2.) Then set it up the way you like and start it
3.) Finish the race and get your RP
I've been doing this for about 5 minutes and got from 81 to 84
This race only takes roughly 1 minute and 20 seconds depends on how fast you are and you also get from 2000 RP to 4000 RP I think it depends on level I recommend doing it solo and putting it on 1 lap
