xin zhao is good, but if your just starting out try yi first.
if you can play him well yasuo can be a good jungler, but it's quite hard to pull off

Elise, Kha'zix, and VI strong right now

If you want to be ambitious then choose lee sin although he takes some time to master him properly

Elise,VI,Lee Sin,Wukong and Pantheon.

Well Master Yi is good jg for 450 1350 champ id go with udyr and 3150 champ Gragas or Olaf Hope this helped

Yi isn't the best, but gets the job done.
Lee is great if you can land your Q's.
Pantheon can expect a nerf after LCS.
Kha'Zix is a great offensive jungler.
Vi is getting a nerf later on, but she is a terror in jungles.
Dr. Mundo is a great tank and has nice ganks.
Wukong has great ganks and great initiation in team fights.
Udyr is fun late game for tanking and doing damage. Great for split pushing.

sure there good but he said 450-3150 lee sin is 4800 out of his price range

dont get lee sin if your bad haha you will highly regret the purchase
