I did the latest title update and whenever I try to join any game variant it kicks me back to the menu, it does the same thing whenever I try and play online with extinction and squads as well. Any idea what it could be? It doesn't say that I've been banned or anything.

I can't fix it, I deleted and redownloaded the update it wont work. I even called them they don't know what to do
