What is the use of this computer? Gaming
If you're a gamer what kind of games will you be playing? Any
Are you a heavy multitasker & gamer? Or Just gamer only? Multitasker
What's your budget? 1000-1300 USD dollars
How much storage space is adequate enough for you? 1tb
How long do you want this rig to last? Awhile
What resolution will you be playing on? 1080
Will you overclock? If so how far? Don't really care
Do you need a monitor or other accessories? No
Must be on PC partpicker

This was on my PCPP, Mini ITX system.

But you would more than likely want an ATX system, so here you go

That build will be awesome and is ready to overclock if you want to. If not, then the CPU will stay very cool.

You aren't going to be able to overclock with that build.
For the budget I'd get a better case. I'd also lower the CPU to a i5 4670k, get a h100 and get a 780 instead if the 770 since he's mostly going to be gaming.

Didn't he say he doesn't want to overclock?
