What are you wanting to do with the console? Free games? Hosting lobbies? And you're probably not on the right dash for a JTAG, so you would need to go for a RGH or a R-JTAG if you can find someone that still does it. Flashing would be better if you still want to go online and play with friends.

I would like to host lobbies so whatever the best option.

Im not to sure how difficult it would be but I have had some experience with actually modifying my xbox ;)

Well you would need a good bit of soldering experience. Hosting lobbies isn't really recommended as it's generally just a waste of money in the long run and it's frowned upon in the modding community. But if you want to proceed, you need to tell me what dash you're on so I can tell me what glitch method you need.

It depends on the console. Some Slims require you to pretty much RGH the console to get the required information. Phats are simple to do, so if you have a phat, you're in luck.

I have got a phat so it should be pretty easy to do then ?
I have great experience with soldering small wires and bits together aswell!

How much would everything cost me to get it RGH'd ?

If you get it from one of the trusted sellers, and its on dash kernel 16547 (newest dash) than you are going to need rgh2, that cost about $70 from the guys on this site.

If you are getting a Jtag/Rgh just to host modified lobbies then forget it. Jtag's/rgh's can do so much more than modify call of duty -.-

I would recommend a trinity rgh or a falcon rgh
