-Mashiro wrote Don't get an R9 270. Those cards are waaay overpriced right now because people use them to mine crypto-currency. You should go with a GTX 760 for that price.
You're kidding right? An R9 270 is half the price of a GTX 760..

$10 difference is definitely not half price.

Sanctorum wrote Terrible. A 350W PSU isn't going to support a GTX 750Ti and an i7. You'll want to get a 430/500W PSU for this build, at least. Also, it's over-kill. Why would you get an i7 processor with a GTX 750Ti? An Intel i5 4570 is much cheaper and would still do what you're wanting it to. Also, I wouldn't go with a GTX 750Ti, a GTX 660 is better and only costs a little bit extra. Or better yet, go with an AMD R9 270, it's better still and only a little dearer than a GTX 660.
Looks like you know your stuff lol

Update, apologies, it seems as though the R9 270 is over-priced in the US but here in the UK, it is half the price of a GTX 760. The GTX 760 does perform better than the R9 270. However, the R9 270 is still a great GPU. With your budget of $900, you'd be best with the R9 270, if you want a little more GPU power, go with the GTX 760 but your build will cost around $950 then.

Here;

This is pretty much the build you're looking for. It comes to a total of $907 so is just a little bit over your budget. Remember, you can get a GTX 760 for around $40/$50 more which has a little more power than the R9 270. You might want to invest in an optical drive too, if you want to play dvd's/cd's or burn to dvd's/cd's. Also, if you send an extra $30, you can get a 4770k instead of just the 4770. The 4770k is a better CPU.
