what do you mean hack it? Like levels, gems, coins, elixor etc? Thanks alot.

There is no such thing as a clash of clans gem hack, everything is saved server sided. most likely will link you to a download of a virus.

I saw people talking about the thing that will unlock all the achievements for you which gets you gems obviously.
