So my phone had been stolen and we contacted Rogers and told them it was stolen and that we just wanted a note on the IMEI for when someone tries to reactivate it, it shows up as stolen, 5 days later the phone had been sold and the person tried reactivating it and it came back as reported stolen. the store kept the phone and i recovered it. well they ended up blacklisting my IMEI and Rogers has said they removed the blacklist but it hasnt happened, the Rogers store tried 5 new sim cards and nothing worked. They said that Rogers will have to replace my phone since the phone now recovered no longer works on the network. anyone know what else i should say? its stressful knowing they said it was taken off the blacklist when it hasnt. and the guy on the phone lied saying it was.

Okay well I'm with Rogers they are terrible and I'm switching in 2 months when my contract runs out, but there is nothing you can really do they said they are going to replace the phone so you have to wait.
