Hi guys, recently I have seen many people requesting information on how to get more followers/likes on Instagram, I was one of those people. There are several methods on how to do this with or without a jailbroken device.
Jailbroken Methods:
The by far best application is PopU. After you have downloaded this app, you need to download Flex 2 (I purchased Flex 2 for $1.99) from Cydia. Once downloaded you find the PopU app in the Flex directory and download the 1000 coins modification. After that you are set, just go on the app and start getting unlimited likes/followers,
Honestly there are a few other apps that are able to be modified but they are worthless as they cycle your picture for about 5 seconds, thus only getting you about 5 likes or followers.
Non-Jailbroken Methods:
1.) "Followers for Instagram" - This app is a simple F4F
2.) "WowFollowers" - This you follow/like pictures and earn coins that you can use for either your own likes and/or follows.
3.) "+Follower" - Same as the above app, just earn coins and use them on what you want.
4.) "LikeBoost Pro" - Once again another coin based app.

Download PopU app, then go into flex and find the PopU app in the Installed tab. Its the only modification for PopU so it should be right in the folder!

Can anyone help , I can't seem to do the followers only the likes !
It says instagram has restricted me to poping? Once per 12 hours
And I have downloaded all the flex files and activated them
