I am looking to overclock my AMD FX-630 to around 4.2 GhZ. this CPU is defiantly capable of doing so considering it can arctic cooling freezer arctic cooling freezer apparently overclock to around 4.5 GhZ. But the question is, what low price cooling fan would be capable of mainlining stable temperatures, and i do not want to buy i water cooler due to the price. So please link me to a CPU cooler that will do the job and for the cheapest price possible.

Please restate that sentence for clarity.

Please also tell us what components you are currently using including motherboard (for overclocking support), case (for air cooler height), power supply (for power limiting) and also the budget you have and where you are located or any preferred retailers.

What motherboard do you have? If you do not have a board with a good power delivery and VRM cooling, you should leave your CPU at stock settings or even undervolt.

Since every chip is different, I can't give you any temperature or required voltage predictions.

The [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] is the best deal right now for an entry-level air cooler. Between the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo and this, get the one that's cheaper and get this if they are the same price.
