I have got two xeon 604 processors given to me and I was wondering if you can use them in a normal pc becuase I thought they were server processors and I was wondering if yoj could make them run a normal desktop pc

Socket 604 was in use from 2002 all the way to 2008, but no matter which you have, they're still pretty dated. You could use them like any regular CPU because they function the same, but are designed to be optimized for use in workstations and servers. Xeon CPUs generally have more cache, more processing threads and cores, and better stability than their consumer counterparts.
