Hey TTG,
Let's start of with my problem. I have a Roxio Gamecap HD PRO as you may already figured out, my problem with it is this: whenever I try to record gameplay I press the record button in the software that comes with it. It tries to load up but after a couple of seconds about 7/8th of my screen turns black and I can't see shit, apart from the upper bar with the close and minimize button (Note: in this situation my xbox is turned ON). But here comes the best part! whenever I open the window to record my gameplay (whenever my xbox is turned off) it works like a charm. but I can't record my shit when my xbox is turned off, so if anyone could help me out, I would be forever in your favor.
things I tried:
-Re-installing the software
- checked for updates
- updated JAVA
- Restarted my laptop
- Plugging the device back out and back in
