When you make a new character and after you do the missions until you get simeon to call you to get a car and go to LCS do you get insurence and a tracker or just a tracker.

That car gets both for free I'm pretty sure.

I think you get them both for free. I haven't had to pay for the tracker or insurance as it was already supplied when I went to the option to buy it.
