NOTE: I AM NOT REPONSIBLE IF YOU MESS UP ALWAYS MAKE A BACKUP
For this you will need 2 accounts
1. The Account with Cheater zone
2. Any account with xbox live can be silver
3. Any program that can view contents of a profile Ex. Horizon Will Just do Fine
4. Open your profile(Random Account) in Horizon View the guts of it
5. Extract the FFF---.gpd file usually towards the top and put it somewhere
6. Now Open the profile with cheater zone
7. go to its guts in Horizon and find the FFF---.gpd file
8.right click replace it with the one you extracted from the random account
9. save the cheater profile and rehash it
10. Enjoy the your profile with no cheater zone

You cannot get rid of cheater, it automatically updates your profile when you're on XBL.

I've had cheater before and managed to get it off my profile. I don't remember how though, but there is a way

There is really no point in trying to remove this from your account. If you go to Xbox.com you are still going to have the bar that says:
"Gamerscore was reset due to cheating."
This can NOT be removed from your profile. On the Xbox itself players cannot see that you are labeled a cheater. It only shows on Xbox.com to the public.
