So if I'm in the middle of a game, lets say Ghosts, and i go over the persons gamer card and want to send them a message, it takes anywhere from 30 seconds-1minute just for the message thing to open. Then by that point the game has already started and I don't want to bother sending them a message.. So my question is is there any way to speed the apps loading or not?

It's probably something to do with your memory and corrupted saves or it may be connection issues

Hold your xbox power button until it shuts off. Itll clear system cache.

Its defiantly not a connection issue (i have 25 up, 12 down) and i wouldn't think it would be anything with memory because my HDD is less then 50% full.

Yea my xbox is always off when I don't play and yet it still does it so I'm not sure.

I would try resetting your console. You can do this by holding the power button on your console for 10 seconds.
This will completely turn of your console. Usually when mine starts to get slow I do this and it usually solves the issue.

i think its the dashboard for the xbox one , 360 you could invite people to party read messages pretty much straight away , now it seems sluggy
