it will start but it wont go pass the xbox 360 start up logo and i waited for 20 mins but it like freezes and i cant do nothing i restarted the console but nothing work i was wondering do you have any tip or tricks to help me out.

Did it come with a hard drive? It may have an online service set up on it like xbls/exbls/titan. Try hitting the eject button after turning the console on to disable the dashlaunch plugins.
