Personally I drink GFUEL from GammaLabs. It tastes great and I don't think its going to destroy your organs. Honestly Redbull and Monster are more grown up drinks if you're going to workout or you are going to do some work.

Energy drinks are bad no matter how much you exercise. If you need energy for a sport or gym session just use pre-workout. MusclePharm Assault, NoBull, etc. Or just eat fish and high B-6 B-12 foods. B-6 and B-12 will help with the production of efficient energy from the food or drink you consume. No need for high caffeine drinks that are also loaded with simple carbs. Caffeine already provides energy and awareness, add other stimulants with that and you're messing yourself up.

I love monster and relentless when I have them but I mostly tend to avoid them because of the amount of sugar in them.

The sugar hurts my teeth! I have stopped drinking them now anyways seen as i do not ride in the winter.

same but the same thing happens around where I live as in corner shop they give 10 yr olds energy drinks.

In the summer holdiay i had two Monster energy's that's when i stopped drinking energy drinks. That night i was in bedding shaking and tingling, it was actual torture

Since I'm only 15, which i guess you could say i ain't no little kid, i drink redbull maybe once every 2 to 3 weeks. I heard it is not safe to drink in every single day.

Does anyone else drink red line I personally don't like the taste of any of those other energy drinks also I only drink energy drinks whenever I really need them but rarely do I drink them.

To be honest I don't think that energy drinks gives you any energy. So I drink it when I want it.

But I have to go with Red Bull, tastes good.

I personally love Monster, never tried anything other than Monster.
But I only have about one a month ( I had one today actually )
