I recently quit YouTube, and my friend suggests to give him the username and password and he will keep uploading my Director's video's [it's a community channel].
I was wondering is there a way to let them only have access to uploading? through settings or something?
I will be extremely grateful to anyone who will be able to answer, I will also +REP.

No there is not, you would have to give them the username and password to allow them to upload
