I have the iPhone 4. The iPhone 4S and up have a translucent control center, keyboard, and notifications and such. I phone 4 however, doesnt. Is there anything downloadable to make it that way? (Jailbroken device) thank you!

If you jailbreak your iphone 4, you can get 4S features such as Siri, but I am not completely sure about those other features you are talking about.
