I know im not the only one that sometimes, "falls" while they are sleeping. I dont mean actually fall and hit the ground but , well actually nevermind if you know what in talking about you know what I mean.
I found a short story about it.
You know when you're falling asleep, and you suddenly get the feeling that you've tripped? Your body lurches forward in an instant, ready to protect you instinctively from injury. You can almost SEE the ground rising to meet you. This occurs when the boundaries between you and the "you" in an alternate universe are weakest.

This is the feeling that happens when another "you" dies.

I dont feel this is true at all but its the best way to start a topic about this sensation or whatever you would want to call it :3.

When I am going to sleep the first 10 minutes I am awake with my eyes closed then I just fall into a grass hole and wake up scared!

Last time it happened was 2 months ago.

This is more of a hypothesis than a theory because it has pretty much no evidence to back it up.
Also, there are two fundamental flaws which I think render it impossible, in either an infinite or finite multiverse.

If there is a multiverse, and it's infinite, it means you would feel this every time you go to sleep, an alternate you would be dying all the time.
Also, what makes 'You' you?
If it's a finite multiverse, there would a limited number of 'you' and all would be different in some small way, making them not you, but someone else.

Not to mention that neurological connections with other people are near enough impossible in our own Universe, let alone having these connections with possible other people in other possible Universe's.
