Meh, my school lunches aren't that bad. I mean I get 8 nuggets, fries, milk, juice. I usually don't buy chips because I get a bag of air most of the time.

Can't really blame them. They are feeding hundreds upon hundreds of people. A good majority of them having free or reduced priced lunches as well.

That's why im glad im not in school anymore.

Holy shit you get 8 nuggets?!?!?! We used to get maybe at tops 4-5..

I understand how you feel which is why I'll pack 2000+ calories to eat throughout the day and a dollar to buy two milks at lunch. Most of the time it's things covered in weird gravy and plastic spaghetti noodles etc. Yet US schools are saying they are trying to give kids healthy food.

We get served either: sub, hamburger, these cheese stick things, chicken strips, or the meal of the day. The meal of the day ranges from a rib sandwich to cream turkey. We have teriyaki chicken, and burritos.

Portions are small and some of the food is weird.

Axe wrote I didn't have this kind of experience when I was in highschool. The school that I went to had a Cafe were you could buy fries and hamburgers and stuff like that. It was basically a resturant but on a smaller version.

Yes my first secondary school did aswell but now i go to a behaviour center and the teachers cook lunch for us and we get full meals with huge portians, and on a thursday we get $20 each to go out for lunch and get what we like i am pretty lucky at my school food wise

At my school they server like 5 different things everyday and every friday we get Pizza, we can purchase extras and get 2nds, 3rds or 4ths as long as we have enough money on our card and they also serve Ice cream which is my favorite.
