I'm on a $450-550 spending budget. Don't really want to spend any more than that.

It's not particularly for gaming, as it is for being able to run audio production software such as ProTools and Cubase. (Going to school for it.) I need one built especially for that.

If you can help me out that would be great.

With a mass storage 1TB HDD and basic video card, you should be very pleased with this build. I maximized your CPU power with a lower TDP i5. Will help keep things as cool as possible in the small form factor case, which is also a bonus. ITX builds are awesome when you don't need more.

thats not a very balanced build you paired an i5 with a 6450

Of course it's not, at least I can read what OP wants. OP wants his build to focus on running certain programs, NOT for gaming... He doesn't need a gaming GPU, entry level will be just fine. Also, AMD CPUs do not set foot in the world of productivity.
