I think I'm flagged, last night I was playing for an hour, on mw3 with xblse, and a fresh unshared kv, today I booted my console and it said I was banned, and when it booted it said "XBLSE enabled" no stealth or what it usually says. I've had the kv for an hour and it's banned what should I do.

their servers are back online, they posted new files for people that was having wifi problems

Either that or your KV source is giving you shared rather then unshared.

If your KV is banned after 1 hour of XBLSE and you didn't use xexmenu just ran it all through neighborhood, you might want to ask for another KV if you bought an unshared KV...
