Can someone help, I don't know what to do. Every time I go on cydia it does this and I can't search because no packages come up!

Does it say modify at the top right corner?

Whenever I use Evasi0n afterwards it doesn't install Cydia.

I had this problem aswell had to restore, update, and resync. Then went back and manually added all my sources/packages. Fixed it then
