A while ago I had bought a brand new Elgato Gamecapture HD online to use to record videos for my friends and I. I realized that over time I began to use it less and less and now I have not used it in several months. It works great, there are no problems and comes with all the cables. I do not have the original software and papers that come with it but lucky for you, all the files and software needed is online on their website. This is a wonderful and great capture card. Records in 1080p quality. Very easy to use and small which is nice.
