this may or may not be a stupid question but are the sales of jtags/rgh xboxs on ebay allowed? has anyone ever sold them on ebay and what is your opinion on that? im just a little skeptical about the whole thing --- if anyone can share theyre experiences thatd be great

I don't think they're allowed. I've never seen them at least.

I see them all the time on eBay. That's how you get a lot of money for them. Usually people don't know the price and will spend hundreds over what they are worth.

it's 100% illegal in person because already going against Microsoft agreements for modifying the xbox to do more illegal things on it, like copy rights of games. Some people try selling it on ebay but eventually they'll get caught because its against ebay agreements

Yeah ebay don't allow them to be sold but many people do it suppose you will be fine to unless you get caught

So much use of the term incorrectly... It is NOT illegal to sell a jtag/rgh on ebay. You won't get arrested and you won't get fined for posting an auction containing a jtag/rgh. It IS however, against ebay's terms and conditions to sell a modified console. If they discover you are selling one they will simply remove the listing, and they may send you an email urging you to stop trying to sell items like that on their site. At most they might block or cancel your ebay account.
