I would still push you towards a better graphics card as it will help in certain rendering situations and would also push the resale value up if you ever decided to sell. Also with the power supply in this build you would have room for if you ever wanted more powerful hardware. Although you didn't want to play BF4, this GPU comes with a free copy of it, for a fiver more than the other models of the same card cost so its win-win and you can sell it on if you don't care for it.

Doesn't really make much of a difference. If you'd rather have two sticks rather than one go for it.
