"There are four icons to earn during Lunar Revel:

The Year of the Horse Icon: To earn this icon, you must play and win a game in a matchmade queue. Custom games do not count, but you do not have to play with friends to earn the Year of the Horse Icon. Games against AI or bot opponents will not count.

Icon of Lunar Goddess Diana: To earn this icon, you must enter a matchmade queue (not a custom game) with at least one friend and finish two games on Twisted Treeline or the Crystal Scar (Dominion game-mode). Games against AI or bot opponents will not count.

Icon of Dragonblade Riven: To earn this icon, you must enter a matchmade queue (not a custom game) with at least one friend and finish two games on Howling Abyss.

Icon of Warring Kingdoms Tryndamere: To earn this icon, you must enter a matchmade queue (not a custom game) with at least one friend and finish two games on Summoners Rift. Games against AI or bot opponents will not count."

"Choose Your Path
The Lunar Revel welcomes the dawn of a new year, and during the festival, youll cast your vote for the warriors path your region will follow in 2014. Players will receive a unique summoner icon representing the chosen path at the conclusion of the celebration!"

Choose your path is just some fun thing that Riot decided to add this year. You have 3 choices to vote from which are the paths that the champions Tryndamere, Diana, and Riven follow. The path you choose will gain you 1 summoner icon of which you have chosen, so choose wisely! The voting ends February 11th, 2014, so go vote! To vote please visit the website that I have supplied above and click on "Choose Your Path" on the left hand side of your browser.

The Path of Power (Tryndamere):
"If battle is the only authentic thing left in your world, choose the path of Power as a fearless, unrelenting warrior."

There are 2 new ward skins and 2 ward skins returning from 2013. They are priced at 640 RP and are called, Lantern of the Serpent Ward, Banner of the Serpent Ward, Gong Ward, and Banner of the Horse Ward! If you want pictures you can check the ingame store or if enough people want me to take pictures I will.

There are 3 flexible cost bundles:

Flexible cost means that it goes off what skins and champions you already own, and in this case wards. Price varies between each bundle, so I recommend logging on to League and checking the ingame store for pricing .

Year of the Dragon bundle: You receive the following champions, Sona, Wukong, Lee Sin, and Talon. You also receive the following skins, Guqin Sona, Jade Dragon Wukong, Dragon Fist Lee Sin, and Dragonblade Talon.

Year of the Horse set/bundle: You receive the following champions, Tryndamere, Diana, and Riven. You also receive the following skins, Warring Kingdoms Tryndamere, Lunar Goddess Diana, and Dragonblade Riven. As a plus you also get the Banner of the Horse Ward!

Year of the Serpent Bundle: You receive the following champions, Corki, Annie, Jarvan IV, Xin Zhao, and Cassiopeia. You also receive the following skins, Dragonwing Corki, Panda Annie, Warring kingdoms Jarvan IV, Jade Fang Cassiopeia, and Warring Kingdom Xin Zhao. As a plus you also get the Banner of the Serpent Ward!
