What was your worst fail or worst moment you had in any video game?

Mine was in mw3 when i saw 5 guys running in a line. So i sniped the 1st guy expecting to get a 5 man but instead i got a hitmarker. My friend that had just got the game did the same thing and got the 5 man collat. I just wanted to kill the 1st person i saw.

It can be about any video game. not just COD.

When I was playing MW2 and was about to get my first nuke and then my xbox turned off.

Xbox disconnected from live when I was one kill from nuclear and it turned out to be a console ban.

I was in Finals of a singles 1ND GB tournament and I needed 1 round to win, then the kid him me offline and he got the win and the $250.

During the WaW campaign on the second last mission on veteran I had to redo the mission 3 times because every time I got the end of the mission the game would glitch out. God was I mad.

I've also been two a way from a double K.E.M and my Xbox disconnected, good times...
