Go to your profile and look to the bottom. There should be a tab called "Submissions" Press on that and it will tell you how many you have

i definately thought download king is where you download 100 items and then you get the title

Download king is where you sumbit downloads for something. If you downloaded something 100 times that would be too easy to get the badge.

That would be too easy to earn the badge, you need to UPLOAD 100 downloads and they
must be approved, not all downloads will be approved.
