Patches are not used anymore. If youre talking about a program you have, you run it from your PC while using xbox neighborhood. If you have no idea what I am talking about, I think you should try and research a bit more.

You are wrong, we still use patches but they are in the form of plugins.
1) Get a good plugin that you like
2) Make sure your Ghosts is on the same TU as the plugin
3) Set the plugin as a plugin in your launch.ini (Dashlaunch)
4) Start Ghosts
5) Enjoy
