Yes, you are able to use an RGH online, but you require XBLSE (Xbox Live Stealth Emulator). What it does, it makes your RGH able to connect to XBL, without getting am instant permanent console ban. Even though it makes you unseen, there is still a chance of getting banned, so that's why it is good to use a KeyVault. A keyvault pretty much saves your xbox from getting banned. The keyvault gets banned, not the xbox. Also, once a keyvault gets banned, you are unable to use it anymore, and you have to buy a new one.
