Although the police dont do anything, i would inform them anyway so they can track it then you can tell them if he doesnt pay for the damage AND compensation then you will not be held responsible for your actions towards him, thats what i would say anyway

Well i hate to break it to you but its virtually impossible for us to do this, only experienced hackers 'may' know how to do this, it is illegal and we can only find out the main facts which is about the car and that they live either in Nottingham/Birmingham/Preston (or around these areas)
