I average 50 downlod and 13 upload speed with 20 ping. But im trying to upload a 244 MB .WMV and my download drops down to 0.70. Whats going on? when i upload it freezes my browser and it crashes. and ides?

Try uploading on a different browser.Also if you have any video editing software like arcsoft where you can upload the video from there that might help.

Little late but i tried a different browser and it didnt help. I reset my router and then it uploaded fine after I compressed the file size down to 50 MB

If you compressed the file then it worked, all it was is that the file is way to big

Hm wasnt doing either. and a 500 MB file is pretty small for a 50 download speed...

Thats because you we're uploading it right? and if your upload is 13, you have to divide it by 8 to really knows the MBs which would be 1.15 or something along those lines. You're download speed would obviously be much faster though.

Thanks. But i still dont know why its crashing my browser. i used to upload 1 hour gameplay videos without issue and now i cant download a 2 minute video without restarting my router

Try converting the file into a different video file.

I just tried another video the same 50 mb file and it crashed chrome and safari. Still not sure whats going on.
