Well, i have an old PC and i need 2 GPU's for it that don't require the 6/8 Pin connectors.

They dont have to be good this is just for general work for dual display.

The AMD 7750, R7 240, and 6670 draw all their power from the motherboard and do not use a 6-pin power connector. You don't need two cards as any modern card should connect to at least two monitors.

You should get whichever you can find cheapest. The 240 should be a little faster than the DDR3 6670 and they appear to be cheaper.

I don't at all like suggesting cards this low-end, but it will do what you need.

Yes it will.
Personally, if you're aiming for performance and don't have a budget, go with a 7750. The 7750 will run most games if you do game, and is smooth.
