For some odd reason my Astro a40 voice communication isn't working.
The mic you plug into the sides of the headset just doesn't work, nobody can hear my voice AT ALL.
Iv tried EVERYTHING, Firmware update twice, unplugging and plugging back in, switching the cables around, and still no one can hear me.
Iv had my Astros a40 for about 3 months now and one day like 2 months ago I woke up got online and it just wasn't picking up my voice, I tried searching on YouTube and requesting tech support nothing has worked.
So someone help me! Because I just wasted 260$ just to hear and not talk.
