The introduce yourself forum is for new members to tell TTG about who they are and people can welcome them. But honestly it has turned into "Post here to get your post count up"

People always say the same thing and its kind of annoying. They also spam the forum and say almost the exactly the same thing on each post the post. Not saying its bad to post there just do it once in a while. Not every post in the forum.

I think there should be a limit on hot many post people can post in that forum to stop the spam. Or if the topic auto locks after a certain amount of time. I think it will stop the spam.

What do you think about it? It just annoys me that people sit there and just say the same thing to every post. Your thoughts?

It's quite annoying yes. I think it should be that your post count does not go up in that forum as well as the milestones. It will reduce spam a lot.

Report them for spamming, because in all honesty, that is spamming in the first place.

When my account was first created I got a warning for posting the exact same thing everytime someone posted in there. I would literally copy and paste into the post.

i also created a post like this it just annoys me even more when people dont read the post and they dont know what theyre saying this one time this guy was hating on ttg and they still say welcome!

What bugs me the most, is the fact that many of the top posters constantly post on the achievements & milestones and introduce yourself section to keep their post count high, yet they get praised for it. Don't get me wrong, some are helpful, but if you look closely, how many of them get about 80-100 posts a day? Quite a few, and it's annoying, honestly.
