My Xbox one will only read certain disc. I put in CoD: Ghosts and it will show the picture of the guy with a ghost mask on and then go to a black screen. I then put in Forza 5 and my xbox read the disc with no problem and the game worked like perfect. Anyone know the reasoning behind this? Thanks.

It might be the Ghosts disc. If it's the disc tray then call microsoft support and arrange a warranty service. Every Xbox One comes with a 1 year Warranty, Granted you didn't open your Xbox in attempt to fix it. Check the disc for scratches and smudges.

Cay wroteThe disc has no visible scratches but a couple of finger prints on it. I cleaned the disc and still no luck. I'll call Miscrosoft Support.
