Yes, It falls into the law of trespassing. Honestly I wouldn't do it. Not worth the risk.

I don't think so, but just to let you know. Very rarely will you ever find cool stuff doing so. Its mainly trash, promotional ads, and so forth. I think you'd be more disappointed with your outcome than what you'll get out of it.

I will assume that it is the process of going through a retailers "dumpsters" in the hope of finding hidden gems. But more likely than that, the outcome will be finding rubbish.

Going in dumpsters outside of stores and taking the things that they throw away.

Im assuming Gamestops dumpsters would be broken, old, and scratched disks, xbox accessories, etc.

It goes beyond that, even. I was watching a TV show where a lady would go through her neighbors garbage and stuff for food, even though she was a millionaire. It was odd. Not just retail.

I can tell you first hand that you will not find any old or broken systems in a gamestop dumpster. You might find some really scratched game. And if your really lucky, you might find some strategy guides.

i think it would be considered illegal but even if it was legal you are not going to find anything half decent.

Do you think they throw games in there? They don't. Don't get yourself dirty.
