So as most of you, I have a PC laptop. I also have a Macbook.
My question is, on my PC there is a HDMI output and I want to know if I can make it an input.
I ask because I'm going on a trip, want to bring my Xbox w/out having to brink my TV.
Also on my Macbook I have an adapter so I can plug an HDMI plug into it.

You can view your xbox through your computer/laptop if it has hdmi.

I Guess you have tried it and it did not work ;)
But as far as i can tell you cant do im afraid. Not with out spending about 100 on a tuner, but then there i graphical lag :/
Edit: Looked some more an im correct, The HDMI on laptop will be output only. Check the spec, but unless the port supports imput then it wont work.

It can not be done, it depends on your laptops graphics card. If it has a HDMI Input, then you can plug Xbox 360, but Output is only for monitor.

I have tried it but no luck
I also took it into a shop in town, and the man said it was impossible, but he looked like a nub.

Not possible as said before unless you want to void your warranty then you have to know what you are doing with wiring and such. A long and complicated process, it's not worth it.
